The Burger Joint

We went to an old fashioned burger stand over the weekend. Addy appears to be less than thrilled. I guess we can't blame her though, she always will be closer to the year 2050 than the year 1950!

Glass elevators

Addy's stroller has introduced us to a whole new world - a world that is filled with elevators instead of stairs. On our trip to the mall this weekend, we got to ride in several glass elevators. Here's a pic with nothing all that interesting to see outside the glass. All is well though, the interesting part of the picture is inside the elevator. =)

Mother's Day present

For Mother's Day, Addy (with a little help from Dad) gave me a gift card to Build-A-Bear so that we could spend some time together building a bear. Here we are as we wait in line to put stuffing in the pelt. Addy got the bear, but because I got to spend that time with her, I'm pretty sure I got the better part of the bargain!

There are a number of movie theaters in the area that have 'baby screenings'. Adam, Addy and I took advantage of one of these screenings today and joined several other parents and babies at a Spiderman showing. Though Addy looks less than thrilled in this picture, she actually was very interested in the action on the screen. (Oh, and no, we don't normally (mis)use the stroller as pictured - we just used it that way for the snapshot!)
